Some thoughts on the attack on Syria

Well I am actually active duty Navy, so anyone I am told to. And I have, none of it isn't anything we can't counter with simple SM-2 Block IIA missiles. We have 50x more Trident missiles than Russia, with 18 submarines carrying 24 each in the fleet. Russia has 4 and only 48 missiles deployed. And let's be bonest, if it went Nuclear, we are sending the heaviest psyloads, because nuclear war is nuclear war. As for tanks, like I said, the USA and Russia would be impossible for land invasion anyways, so that's pointless. And yes, Tridents have enough payload to wipe even our carriers off the planet. Not to mention our arrangement of harpoon missiles, SM-2, SM-6, ESSM, ASROC, and quite a few others, many of which are highly classified only a few of us know about. Russia's military budget is less than 1/10th of ours. Sure Russia is a superpower compared to everyone else, but not the USA, and especially not when we have the backing of NATO and over 50 allies all together.
