If the cops get called to a yelling match between two citizens they never ever get arrested for assault even if they are being extremely aggressive toward one another...seen that a million times in real life. The definition of assault dosent translate to these situations as a criminal offense it shouldn't in this situation either. That being said I don't have time to reply to all of these comments so I believe I'm mostly done. I will take my downvotes and let you irrationally violent people go about your day. All I was trying to say is that a dog wasn't warranted here. Pepper spray, less than lethal rounds, or his partner that comes in 5 seconds later could have subdued him. I just feel like a dog is a little to much.
