I somehow got an interview in 2 weeks I feel my design portfolio is anemic what should I do?

Don't be floored, no matter how awesome a job is, its still work, you will still have somebody telling you what to do and there will be times when it sucks. So don't psyche yourself out. At your level you're probably doing production work. They're not looking for Don Draper. Unless they are a really small company with an insane CEO who is a super cheapskate. In which case... tread lightly.

You're jr level so they just need someone who is reliable and resourceful. Thats about it.

Someone who can think for themselves and autonomously look up a problem when you hit a roadblock but also take direction and feedback without getting butthurt. They also need someone who can execute exactly what their manager requests, runs spell check and even improves some copy sometimes. They also probably want someone who doesn't say "I can't do that / thats not my job". Show that you're able to learn new tools and methodologies / that you're open to a better way of solving a problem. And for gods sake, stick to a grid, you're not David Carson. If you are able to go above and beyond that, then there you go, you've proven you're a valuable asset and they're lucky to keep you for 6 months to a couple of years (when you ask for more money which they're not going to pay a Jr Designer, and they'll expect you to quit).

I would assume they're going to make you take a test using the adobe suite, hopefully they'll let you take it home with you and ask you to track your time. They are doing this to make sure you know the tools and that you are organized well. Name your layers, don't be redundant and messy with your objects, etc...

And don't tell them you don't have anything else lined up. If they ask say this is actually the 2nd interview I had this week, but I'm really excited to be here of all the places I've been interviewing at because you're a fan of ___________. Try to get them to name a number (Salary) first and then ask for a little bit more, but not a lot. But don't work for pennies either. Although this doesn't always work with really small companies. Good luck!
