Someone knocked on my door last night at 10 p.m., I live on 5 acres in the woods. Camera door bell or camera system recommendations?

For us, undeveloped woodland = gamelands. So yes, we have a lot of tourists who want to shoot things. We're an open carry state.

If it was a local person in the south, then if it wasn't someone needing help, and it isn't possible that it was a tourist (I did edit that out because I realized that it's mostly unlikely that it was a touristy area), then it is reasonable to assume nefarious intent. Which is why I think preventative measures are most appropriate. Just roaming around with a gun isn't, because even if it's a state with a Castle doctrine (like mine), do you really want to shoot up a teen who got drunk and wandered to the wrong house? (Oh yeah, that happened here, and the homeowner I'm sure is now undergoing years of therapy for killing an 18yo who simply wandered into what he thought was his bedroom.)
