First off, this is not a joke of should not be taken litely. I am looking for anyone who may have information regarding the following. Please read carefully and feel free to email your reply to my CL account.

I should also state, at this time, I am not an attorney, nor am I atempting to represent any party or individual(s). The information UI am searching for is NOT to be used in any Ciminal or Civil Action against anyone.

While the person reading this may not have first a first hand account of the incident to follow. Perhaps an older friend or relavitve may have knowledge of it. Paticularly if he/she lived in the area at that time. Please ask them.

In 1969, sometime between March and September there was an allegded fatal car accident in Front of "South End Tavern". A pedestrian was allegedly killed. I am xsearching for the name of the person who was alledgely killed in said accident.

Any assitance offered with the mane of the person killed or possible the name of a family member, would be greatly appriciated.

I have looked through the news paper articles and found nothing that would help my quest. I have also discivered that Fire, Ambulane and Police record from that time would have been long distroyed. They are required to only keep records for 7 to 10 years, then thay can be destroyed.

Again, this is not a joke or information to support any legal action. The names of any person offering information will remain confidential.
