Someone please help. Idk why he’s acting like this, he never does this

Mine do this when they're bored, or just really need to exert some energy. Get some new toys, have a toy-rotation schedule, and bird proof your room to let them outside for enrichment (assuming you haven't already! Sorry for making assumptions).

I would also recommend getting natural wood perches or rope perches instead of dowels! Dowels are smooth and the same width all the way across, which can lead to sores and muscular issues in the feet. There are ways to make your own natural wood perches online, considering natural wood perches can be rather pricy and are often designed without small birds in mind. I'll try to find some and link them here!

Also, if your birds are acting strange, it's never a bad call to contact your avian vet for advice. You know them better than me, a stranger on the internet, after all!
