For the first time in months, I was REALLY enjoying Forza Horizon 5, and now I cannot play for 24 hours because of your mistake. Sure it is only one day, but what was once excitement, has now become frustration, and I flat out regret paying full price for this game.
Not only is this frustrating to deal with, but I had to go to reddit to find out that this was not a problem with my computer, and was actually a problem with the game. You should have made this information MUCH more accessible, rather than leaving it to your customers to do a deep dive into reddit to figure out why their game was not working.
This is unacceptable behavior. Please do better.
