I definitely live for the hope that someday someone else comes forward. He's also not gonna change. Even his mum knew. I remember her messaging me, wine drunk at the 2am apologising for her son. :(

Everything said in this thread is true. And worse. Because there is women who experience even worse than I did. Every day.

And we carry that everyday. This reality of having to defend our female bodies, having to protect them.

And when we manage to just survive, we get called strong. As if having to be like this is a good thing.

And when we call it out, this collective pain, men make it about them and ask us to hold their hands through all this on top of it. Because they feel bad and sorry for themselves.

And nothing ever fucking changes.
