As someone who is single and lonely in med school, kinda depressing to hear it doesn't get better. Is dating just really hard in the medical world?

The only physician who I though was ‘equivalent’ turned out to have bipolar type I…and he broke up with me after we had a silly fight and ended a 10 months relationship. In his dating resume there’s an ex wife that he left her for a random girl who did a fellowship with him and his daughter was only one year old at that time. Also an ex-fiancé: he started dating another girl who was the niece of the chairman of the department where he worked..he proposed to her but then broke up with her three months before their wedding because he had an ‘episode’…the chairman had to fire him and wrote letters to every place he applied for work saying he is a dysfunctional doctor and shouldn’t work with patients…karma is a bi&@$… the guy finally found work thanks to another bi@& called nepotism. He turned my life into a disaster..we were fighting a lot and I was miserable and unhappy…thank god it’s over and my sympathy goes for the girl who comes next in line.
