Okay well to start with, I never said everyone should take an Uber, I said SOMETIMES. Obviously not all people can afford to get themselves there but I’d say most people can organise transport in Brisbane area.

I never said I helped anyone reset their tv, I said I helped. I had one old guy on who called for that reason, so I spent the 20 seconds googling the manufacturers number for him. I didn’t say it wasn’t a waste of time, just that I didn’t get upset about it.

I never said vomiting and diarrhoea wasn’t an emergency.

I’m guessing you’ve called for one or more of the reasons listed and are trying to figure out how to make me the bad guy. I also said that I would never tell someone what they shouldn’t ring for, just that they need to be patient if it’s a low acuity case.
