Heres what you do, if you do encounter someone harassing you are a show/bar/party go up to an usher/friend/bartender/bouncer/security/stranger etc and get help. People will help if you ask for it. Also stop trying to spread male hate here. You say that this is a protective step but all it does is encourage an increase in bad behavior. Take a real protective step and get the noticed for his actions. Make him the center of attention and his actions be known so it can be seen by all and be dealt with. Also stop acting like its guys jobs to control other guys otherwise I could say Call out your girls for the emotional insecurity that causes them to ruin their own relationships.
