Sometimes I envy Des Moines. Don't h8 me.

I brought up the weather early in the month because you brought up snow in January like it was impacting the current situation.

Again, there was no snow on the roads prior to Saturday. Can you describe how the weather in early February gives an excuse for having a snow pile in the middle of the busiest street in the city (dodge) for a going on five days?

Do you think there could be a better option other than raise taxes or cut other services? Do you think there's any way to plan better and/or be more efficient? I mean they are starting to clear the snow now by trucking it out now. Could they have been doing that earlier on a road like dodge do you think?
