Sometimes I love Emerald TR

Also, to be honest; I ain't that great of a PL. I just know how to rally people up and show them strats. My ability as a PL only works when people think I actually know what I'm talking about lol.

I found the key long ago to make pubbies get gud was to say MLG alot and to shoutout to them as MLG warriors. For some damn reason: The second you start shouting competitive MLG into orders for your platoon. Good god, you turn pubbie players into a rampaging force. Usually, people refer to 382 as the People's-Wall (ANGC)- Atleast that's what they call us so they can farm away. But damn, let me tell you: When you get these pubs on the ball. Mid-Tier outfits have one hell of a hard time actually countering us when we can overwhelm them with both competence and numbers.

But seriously, I ain't that great lol. I just enjoyed learning MLG strats from youtube, twitch, and reddit from the greats of the day since I started playing the game. So, most of my tactics that I pull are dumb ed-down simplified versions of what NUC,FRCW,TIW,3GIS and others did long ago and currently in the present. I just took all their advanced strats in order to enhance a casual player potential to just dominate everyone else (Even if it's only for a moment). A great example of this was the Flying Fuck Techinque @ Ceres last night when 382 pulled all C4+Light Assasult, We wiped them 60% pop fuckers off point for a good 30 seconds before they took it back. It's just simple strat really (that goes a long way). I recommend other TR outfits doing public platoons to do the same. As long as you can explain your strats step by step. The pubbies can do it and will comprehend you. The only thing is that they will improvise their kits to suit their needs to do what your asking for. However, the effectiveness is rarely tainted by them not having certain gear to pull the task you want done. Especially if your running with a Platoon Size unit because most of them will have what you want. Usually, the simpler the strat the better since it's quick to organize and really deadly. However, an advance strat can also be explained to the starting new BR 1 as long as you have time and preparation to explain it. Those tactics will work to.

I used the BR 1 example because I actually saw a BR 1 who was super new to the game understand exactly what I was saying and even pulled it off himself. I was performing a sundie ball from the Palaside to wipe 2 NC platoons East Canyon Checkpoint. The entire objective was to slam battle sundies on A-Point and to ram all the NC lightings with sundies while getting one sundie deployed directly on A-Point with 10-15 other sundies as shields/running over all the NC players. I was in the back of the line for the Sundie Ball and by the time I arrived on A-Point. The newb sundie was the first one deployed with like 5-6 dead NC-Players under his sundie. Let me tell you, that kid was MLG and he was screaming in Proximity chat. "THAT WAS FUCKIN AWESOME"

So, my point being is that even pubbies in a public platoon can do dem leet fit shitz if you treat em well and treat em right!
