We thoroughly investigate any complaints or Grief Reports before we make the decision to ban or suspend a user. This means that our decision to ban or suspend a user is final. The only exceptionis when the ban or suspension has been imposed because of account debt and the user has repaid the debt.
When we ban a user for one of the reasons listed above we investigate and double check the activity that they have been accused of to make sure we do not ban a user by mistake. This means that we will very rarely lift a ban or end a suspension early.
What if the reason for the ban was not my fault?
You are responsible for all activity on your account. This is part of the SEN Terms of Service that you agreed to when you created your account. If you have shared your PlayStation Network account information with another user who has been banned for activity while signed-in to your account, we will not lift the ban.
Can I discuss the ban with PlayStation?

Furthermore the description for 'Innapropriate Network ID' is as follows - "A user has chosen an Online ID that causes offence to others. This may result in a permanent console and/or account ban on a first offence."
Given the current state of the word 'jihad' and how it relates directly to acts of terrorism in many spheres , regardless of whether or not it's a legal name , I can see why they would issue a ban. Sucks for OP but that's why you don't mindlessly click through a TOS.
Also if OP is from Saudi Arabia how does he even have access to SEN at all? That doesn't show up on any of the supported regions lists I could find on the PS website.
