Soo why don't we rally more?

It's not reasonable to compare the struggles of the poly community with LGBTQ and black communities. You ask if poly people can be next up to bat, but you forget that trans rights are about where gay rights were in the 90s at best, and are decades away from being equal under the law. You forget that mass incarceration affects the black community on a tremendous and frankly historically unprecedented scale. These issues are far from over, and make the struggles poly people have against the government seem pointless.

Legal marriage, which currently exists essentially as a property contract, cannot reasonably be extended to multiple marriages. So if you have a V marriage how is property divided when one marriage divorces? The problem here is that you don't actually have a coherent proposal.
