- You wrote that the Picard serie would be set in the offshot universe that Picard had created during First Contact. Possible but if that was the case we would be in an universe where all the events post-First Contact, including Nemesis would not have happened or would be altered significantly.

- You then wrote that this "Picard universe" would be connected to the Kelvin universe by the Hobus Supernova. How is behind my possible immagination since Hobus happened in the Prime Universe and not the Kelvin one

- Then you said that in this new universe the Hobus star would not have gone supernova (something that didn't happen in the Kelvin because it was set long before the supernova actually occured) and as a result Romulus would not be destroyed

- Except you later stated that "Vulcan would still be there (meaning it is not the Kelvin universe) and Romulus would not (meaning that Hobus did went supernova, 'cause that is what destroyed Romulus in the Prime Timeline)

- You further stated that Nero, whilst being happy that Romulus had not been destroyed (in this new universe?!?), would be angry about it happening in an alternate timeline. Which, given the character of Nero would make as much sense as a random Joe nowadays being angry because in an alternate timeline the Nazis could have won WW2..

I still don't get where you got the idea of this new universe nor how it would work, since your own sentence contraditcts itself.
