Sooo it's capitalist. What do they mean except? Then it's not a Social democracy if the tax money goes to multi billion dollar companies who don't need it instead of the people. (Not political to be clear, it's about definition a very clear set one)

It…is not the same, nor did I say it was. Social programs and private for-profit companies are not the same thing, and you do have to understand that conceptually before moving forward. Like that’s a baseline concept that your local fire department and GM are not the same, so that’s a poor argument.

Corporate Welfare isn’t the same thing as Corruption, though it may be “morally corrupt.” They pass laws to allow taxed money to be redistributed to privately held (even if they’re publicly traded) companies.

Fire departments, EMT/first responders, police departments, county hospitals, social security, tax-funded libraries, community centers, roads, etc. are all social programs. That’s literally what it means. Socialism is literally:

so·cial·ism

/ˈsōSHəˌlizəm/

noun

a political and economic theory of social organization which advocates that the means of production, distribution, and exchange should be owned or regulated by the community as a whole.

Tax money is literally community property being used by the government, which I won’t defend whether it’s used well or not of course, but that doesn’t change it conceptually. “Done well or correctly” doesn’t change the definition of a phrase.

Tax money being handed to private companies to support them isn’t capitalism. Nor is it socialism. It’s some sick neo-capitalistic oligarchy, but it isn’t capitalism, good or bad.
