Wtf, the units have no weight to them?... as opposed to Warhammer's arbitrary health system where a unit of 60 soldiers is in fact 1 unit divided into 60 dolls? Or Rome 2/Attila where units duel it out and formations don't matter? Hilarious.
The recruitment system is much better. What's that? You want to quickly recruit local forces to reinforce a city that's under threat next turn? Fuck you, you can't, unless you have a general nearby, otherwise here, have some arbitrary garrison forces you have no control over their existence and good luck. Give me a break.
And how are the graphics worse? Warscape's lighting and shadow system is so badly done, everything looks so ugly, the magical effects look so ugly.
Mind you, I still love the newer games somewhat, but your criticism of Med 2 is just plain wrong.
