Sorry for the bad pic, will elaborate in comments!

Hey, recently I've developed this problem on the upper right part of my gums. Its over the secons to last tooth in the pic. It's been going on for like 3 weeks, and I'm pretty sure it's expanded quite a lot. It doesnt look that big in the pic, but it's pretty alarmingly big. It's like a cut right above my tooth, and naturally hurts when I brush. Yea, it's very blurry btw, sorry about rhat. The camera is shitty and reddit blurs it even more I'm pretty sure... There's two things: Firstly, I used to brush with super big force. I would scrape the everliving hell out of my teeth in effort to clean them, though I noticed my toothbrush was getting rigid and the hairs were bent and not cleaning properly. "I should get a new one.", I thought. Though the same happened after not only a week. I asked my parents of i might possibly be brushing too hard, and they said it was rediculously hard. So I bought a new one and it hasn't screwed the hairs a month so far. My mind got used to the sharp feel of a brand new brush that isn't bent, but is it possible that my gums are still getting used to it? Secondly: I recently got diagnosed with gastritis. I haven't been eating many vegetables and fruits except bananas and broccoli, carrots cause they can be cooked, so it's fine. I haven't had a proccesed food or soda or anything like that in 5 months or something, but I also struggle to eat enough vegetables and fruits i think, so idk if I'm getting enough vitamins. I used to drink tons of soda and eat sweet stuff all the time. My teeth would hurt, but I've never had a problem with my gums before, except aphtae which is a whole another thing regarding hygene which I haven't encountered in a long time. About dentist visits and the coronavirus: A lot of people in my small town are sick, and most of them are doctors and dentists. I could definately pursuade my parents to go, though is it worth the risk? What is the problem, should i be brushing more or use mouthwash? Or is the picture too blurry and you have no idea what I'm talking about? Also, just brushing now, a little wound broke out at my bottom right. I guess it's normal to happen every now and then, but I don't recall ever feeling one and actally seeing it bleed before I spit into the sink. This is getting pretty long and I struggle writing on my phone, so I'll stop. Thanks in advance!!!
