Okay so I don’t understand this at all. I started living with my boyfriend and his family around 6 months ago and this has never been a problem before a couple months ago. Their cat, Merle, has NEVER brought mice in the house in the past 6 years since they adopted her. They never pay much attention to her because she is largely an outdoor cat but she comes inside for the litter box and to eat/drink. She and I became friends right away and I pay a lot of attention to her, no one else pets her as much as I do. Anyway, all of a sudden she started bringing me live mice from the yard as presents. She keeps dropping them in my room and bedroom. This picture is of the 4th little mouse she’s brought me. Luckily I caught this one with tupperware and an oven mitt but it’s the first one I’ve been able to catch, is there any way I can get her to stop bringing me mice?? I don’t know what to do at all and I don’t know where to ask this question. Please help
