That is very literally not how it works. None of that money whatsoever is coming from the laborers or customers. There are no resources moving from customer/employee hands to shareholder pockets. There is no harvesting of excess value for shareholders except in the form of sividends, the excess always goes to the customers who are by and large working class.

The billionaires actual stock 'value' comes entirely from working class people trying to buy it in what is basically a giant pyramid scheme. If we stopped buying it voluntarily, they would be destitute overnight. They don't extract anything beyond the dividends, we literally hand it to them in exchange for collectors' items.
