the source code pleas post it in github or give on another git site or ou site

I don't understand this mentality of "if its not my code, its not my project"

I already explained it above, it's not "if its not my code, its not my project". It seems you are just putting words in my mouth or purposely twisting my words. I said if someone makes a FORK of the project, someone can hijack your project from you. It may not be that bad for emulation, but for other things this splits the community. Especially if the fork adds or modifies the project such that it no longer is compatible with the original project. The modifications they make are something you don't want for the project.

"it has to be ME, ME, ME!" this is why projects fail

You are not entitled to my work or anyone else's. Anyways he already said if development ever stops he'll make it open source. The project doesn't need to be open sourced from the beginning to survive. Even if he does open source it I doubt there's anyone that would take over full time development, if there were more people out there like that then there'd be more than one wii u emulator out there.

I have popular software people fork all the time, no one tries to make a fork that competes as it defeats the purpose of the project.

Borderless window tool is pretty simplistic, there isn't really anything to add to it that would make it compete. They wouldn't be allowed to sell it anyways, so it'd never appear on steam which a lot of people use for convenience.

If the speculation is true the dev stole code out of the dev kit for wii-u, I'm going to laugh.

Uh ok? I don't care? I'm just arguing as I see someone like you in the future dictating to me on my project that I should open source it.
