Responsibilities:

Work in between functions in a matrix environment to implement continuous improvement solutions.
Train, design and lead our continuous improvement initiatives, policies and specifications in order to correct and prevent issues. 
Lead Value Stream Continuous Improvement initiatives through LEAN disciplines across all functions as necessary to assess and support the introduction of new processes, ensuring input of all stakeholders in order to maximize quality and efficiency.
Serve as LEAN champion throughout company to drive continuous improvement efforts, make recommendations and drive execution of projects to eliminate negative customer impacts. 
Lead, plan and support quality systems and procedures to track, improve, standardize and ensure effective implementation and monitoring to meet customer requirements, ISO 9001, regulatory requirements, and internal objectives.
Work collaboratively with management, HR and all teams to develop necessary training and support skills development in continuous improvement projects.
Designs methods for maintaining or increasing production levels while improving production costs, yields, quality, and safety.
Troubleshoots process problems and identifies solutions which reduce downtime and conserve maintenance costs.
Prioritize project activities in alignment with Company goals and hold team members accountable.
