The space object Oumuamua's strange characteristics like acceleration and shape "are consistent with a purely natural origin," argue astronomers in new study refuting a 2018 Harvard hypothesis that it may be an alien probe.

What was the out gassing? A gram or a kilogram or a hundred? What was the mass of an almost empty stage?

Howm many elongated natural 1X10 space objects have been observed before? Zero.

How many extrasolar objects have been observed entering the solar system before? Zero.

How many objects like this are likely to get expelled from star systems? Probably very very few. 1? 2? 5? Nothing like this has even been observed naturally in the solar system- what are the odds that the only object to pass through is so unnatural?

But if a civilization had an interplanetary colony, that might result in millions of these from a single solar system, over a thousand years.
