You need to sit back and evaluate your reasoning. You're obviously biased (based on gender I'm guessing?), you're coming up with multiple theories on why the driver is at fault, how he could have avoided this, but she's the victim who's just trying her best in a hostile world. No, the traffic had right of way and she stepped onto the road like 10 feet in front of the car, that looks to be going 25 mph or so. It's her responsibility to look and make sure it is time to cross and that there is no moving traffic, you learn this in preschool.

She probably got hurt and it sucks that this happened, the driver probably felt terrible. but she stepped directly in front of traffic, at a green light.
