Judging from the hats (a Pickelhaube and a some sort of German mitre or biretta) it seems like they've 'slain' Imperial Germany or the German monarchy, and the roman catholic church. The live heads appear to be 'capitalism', 'Junkerdom' and 'new militarism'. There's one unlabelled bald head, which isn't so easy to place. Judging from the cravat or collar, might they be some lutheran priest? It seems like they're taking a little bit of liberties if a dead head is roman catholic, since Bismarcks party was the one that famously engaged in the kulturkampf against their influence, presumably a leftover issue from the struggle for German unification between Prussia and Austria. Coalitions and alliances are a timeworn political strategy, and if you judge a group by who they make their enemies, it appears the spartakists may not have had many groups left for friends.
