The Special Counsel Investigation Into Trump Is Moving Fast

The legal system has failed. No citations required (because you literally can't when you're speculating about the future outcome of a private criminal investigation).

That doesn’t mean we shouldn’t welcome a (legal system hasn't failed), if and when it bears fruit.

Not only are these two sentences completely contradictory, it's not even true. The special counsel and grand juries are continuing to subpoena and consider charges, and almost every witness is cooperating.

There is simply no basis to call this a failure until we see how it plays out. This is just more impatience and dommerism that isn't based on actual facts, just biased preconceptions.
