Speeding tickets are down nationwide and fine-dependent courts are having financial trouble.

All countries in the world evolve into an anarchist system at the exact same time so no one country can take advantage of the situation

This is you being disingenuous. I stated clearly that it would be an evolutionary, iterative process. You are acting like it has to happen over night. If you can't imagine one system changing into another system over time, you're either unimaginative or you're not discussing this in good faith.

All companies must never take the low road and use underhanded tactics to corrupt the legal system to their advantage or prevent competition from threatening them. The free market must work perfectly at all times and maintain an equilibrium where no one company becomes too powerful.

Again, you ignore the fact that competition, without government, necessarily limits the power of any company. Without government protected corporations companies who get too big will eventually fuck over their customers and they either leave, or sue the owners out of existence.....remember, without a government protected corporation customers can sue OWNERS for the shit their companies fuck up.

It requires no one to ever become ambitious and power hungry enough to start their own state and begin taking advantage of and dominating others. This has happened throughout human history and stopping every megalomaniac out there from ever gathering an army and going on a conquest spree is just unrealistic. There will likely never be some magic moment in human history where everyone just decides to sit around camp fires singing kumbayah all day and peace reigns supreme.

We're going in circles here
