Spider-Man, probably. That boat scene gave him a very high strength feat, while Glory Girl's best is something like lifting a cement mixer from what I can find. He's got more consistent durability from not having a finicky breakable forcefield (sorry Waste-chan) and is easily fast enough to strike the Wretch, shrug off the teeth/claws/whatever, and strike her again. Certainly so for kinda stupid Round 1 Vicky, who'll probably just go in for a single big punch, have it be dodged by Spider Senses, and then get taken down. Vicky can win consistently if her Aura interferes with Spider Senses though - he seemed pretty incapacitated by fear when he didn't feel so good.
