Was I spiked?

Not a doctor. Almost every symptom you described can be attributed to a panic attack, even the tingling of the fingers. Alcohol itself can be a trigger for a panic attack, and panic attacks can feel much worse while under the influence of alcohol or drugs than while sober.

I obviously can't say for sure it wasn't spiked, but usually people spike drinks with something that makes you pass out or have a reduced level of awareness or control over your body. Doesn't seem likely someone would spike your drink with something that just makes you feel sick and anxious. An actual doctor might have more insight into this though. These were just my thoughts when reading your post.
