This is by far the most scariest thing I've ever experienced. My family and I spent a couple of nights at our summerhous a few years ago, I was about 15 years old maybe (I'm 18 now). It was all fine and it was time for bed. This is were the creepy things start to happen. I fell asleep pretty fast, but in the middle of the night I woke up. As soon as I opened my eyes I could feel something was off, I had this weird feeling that someone was watching me and I was sweating like a pig. I layed like that for perhaps 10 minutes until I dared to watch arround the room. I had fallen asleep with my face towarrds the wall so I couldn't see the whole room. My eyes stopped when I saw someone standing by the end of my bed, it was not a real human and I could feel it. It was like a shadow, just standing there. My whole body froze, I didn't know what to do next. I layed still for what felt like an eternity until I screamed on the top of my lungs for my mum to come. I regreted it the first second I opened my mouth, I could see the shadow moving out of the room. I yelled louder for my mum, I was terrified. When she finally got to my room, I moved my head from under the cover and saw that the shadow that had been standing by my bed was gone.

My mum didn't believe me, and it has never happened again after that. I belive it could have been my grandfathers grandfather who lived there before us, but I don't know. Still haunts me to this day.
