SPOILER: Brook Spence scorecards

Brook was landing more arm punches to the head. Those are punches where a fighter is simply reaching out and basically just touching the opponents head.

These are effective scoring shots IF it's a fencing match between 2 guys, but when Spence is loading up clean power shots to the body, like the kind of punches that you load up from the legs and waist, these punches are doing way more damage, and these are worth more points and effect the fight much more.

As all real boxing fans know, hard body shots take longer to recover from. Not only was Spence landing cleaner to the body, he was landing a lot harder.

While Brook was tapping Spence to the head like he was trying to win in the Olmypics, Spence was ripping him to the body with clean lefty straights, and when Brook tried to hug him, Spence kept his left hand free and started ripping upper cuts to the guts.

The people that understood how much damage those body shots were doing, gave the rounds to Spence. The people that focused more on head shots, gave the rounds to Brook even they were just pitty pat punches.

Either way, Spence found his range in about the 4th round, and we can all agree Spence took over in the 2nd half.
