I took some time to review the match from jhow4444 Twitch channel.

The bug was seen to accour maximum three times for me at least, that's a really few ones but surely did an impact late game when the damage is higher scaled.

If you look at the last fight before they do the boss, the shield+trait is what kills Li-Ming when she has about 55-60% HP + shield from teleport, after Greymane jumpned on her and she kills him, get the resets, but right before she even use any spells Tyrael takes her down together with his trait and shield so they manage have enough time to boss and respawn,if the bug wouldn't been used she might been able to survive and do more damage because she just got the resets she needed from the Greymane kill.

So yes, they won thanks to the bug being used, since i don't have the replay i can't tell if smite was used, but the damage from W is enough.
