Its been said that Hulu owns the rights to The Testaments and is planning to make it into a separate series following the conclusion of The Handmaids Tale. I'm not positive if they've said they'll specifically write towards a place that will allow the two shows to easily flow into one another, but I'd be surprised if they majorly changed that outcome in The Handmaids Tale because it would make The Testaments a lot more confusing to follow since her separate is a major part of that story.

Also I don't specifically remember this detail from the book, but I have seen posts and things around the internet in the past that have said its mentioned that Nicholes two parents are both in hiding somewhere but still working to take down Gilead, which my guess is that means June and Nick are both in hiding, but it could mean Luke or possibly all three of them. Obviously the book makes it clear that June is in hiding and I'd love to see that play out throughout the Testaments show!

One thing that I think the book left very unclear is who Neil and Melanie are, because I would assume they also had name changes prior to going into hiding. So h interested to see how the show will handle that
