[SPOILERS] A disappointing episode (really?)

Overall i liked the episode as a lot of work was put into it and it shows. It's ok for me. However it has many flaws i agree, first being too many characters that should have died are alive instead, devaluing episode two's moments between them too. First one being Sam, who should have died like in three different occasions and honestly it was blatantly unrealistic and annoying: that was too much for me. They should have reduced the hardness of the situations the characters were put in or a lot of them (SAM, Tormund, Grey Worm, Jaimie, Brienne, Ghost, Podrick, Gendry...) should have all been dead in the first half of the episode.

With that being said, i understand some of them are needed for next episodes but at least two or three more should have been cut. Also, why was Ghost on the field and not in the crypt with Sansa? It would have been a better place for him, it's not like he has dragonglass teeth and i don't think Jon would have sent him to die. I'm surprised he's alive but i'm happy he is.
