(Spoilers Everything)- What Sam will discover, not dragon stuff

My theory is that Cersai is an unknowing practicioner of magic, of sorts, and she-- is a Targaryen - although the male line of Targaryens were the Kings, the true power was hidden with the Queen in a sort of Cleopatra-ish way - the two Sphinx's in King's Landing time are Cersai and Jamie -- and what has happened is that in ancient Valyria the power of immortality through shapeshifting was unnaturally made - therefore Cersai and Jamie are unknowingly the same two people living through time - soulmates, so to speak, even though they may not know of this power consciously. For the Targs, they through time how to exactly go about this process- thus the Mad King Arerys using men for sacrifice during what was interpreted as sexual relations by the KingsGuard, but what it really was .. was adult male genital sacrifice in an attempt to mix dragonblood and fire to create an immortality potion for the female species of the family line - not necessarily the males. Thus the Targ (Jamie & Cersai are Targs) fascination with fire, wildfire, dragons. This is mix-mashup of ancient Egyption myth/fable and the reason why little is known about the Targs - we don't see actual Targaryens in the book or show - but they are hiding in plain site with Jamie and Cersai - Jamie being the male Sphinx and Cersai being the more powerful female-dominant Sphinx. Thus Cersais fascination with burning King's Landing - she is 'genetically programmed' of sorts, to naturally use fire as a survival response method - she (her kind) just has forgotten what that means. It would be interesting if she or Jamie ever have the opportunity to ride a dragon, but we will never know about this perhaps.

The walls were hung with tapestries from Norvos and Qohor and Lys, and a pair of Valyrian sphinxes flanked the door, eyes of polished garnet smoldering in black marble faces.

"Is this a riddle?" Roone wanted to know. "Sphinxes always speak in riddles in the tales."
