Funny enough, I just made my own post about this and came to different conclusions!

I'm going to do my best to break each of these down, in light of what we now know. First Sophie's statements.

• "Ramsay dies"

This is still very possible. But my big problem is this... It seems just a little too obvious. Obvious enough that I'm tempted to think Sophie thinks she could get away with this being the perceived lie.

• "Lady Stoneheart returns."

This is the opposite of the previous statement. Prior to the start of the season, most people were writing off this one as the lie. But now there is mounting evidence of LSH's pending return - The reintroduction of the Red Wedding players, Jaime and Brienne in the Riverlands, and the Brotherhood Without Banners killing decent people indiscriminately At this point, I would be shocked if this was a truth.

• "Arya checks three people off her list."

Three episodes to go... so it seems a little hard for Arya to still pull this off, doesn't it? This is exactly the reason I think this is a truth - because it's easy to guess this is a lie. So, how does Arya end up scratching three names off of her list? My theory is that she gets to this numbers by adding Jaquen and the Waif to her list. Then she crosses the final name on her list back in Westeros... Very possibly Walder Frey.

Now let's examine Maisie's statements

• "Arya goes to Westeros, back over the sea."

This one seems obvious, which makes me hesitant. But by process of elimination, I'm going to guess that this is the truth.

• "Arya is in the trailer more times than people have realized, because they don't realize it's her."

The reason I believe this is a truth is because from a plot standpoint, it just doesn't seem to make much sense that Arya wouldn't actually use her faceless training to her advantage at some point this season. Especially if she does kill the Walf, and maybe even Jaquen - which frankly we all expect - it would only make sense if she used her faceless training to do so.

• "Arya doesn't cross any names off her list."

This one seems like a lie... which makes me think it could be a truth... buuuuuut I'm going to say this is a lie because it directly contradicts Sophie's statement of "Arya checks three people off her list." One of those statements has to be a lie, and I'm guessing this is it.

TL;DR: / If I'm correct in my analysis, here's my final takeaway

• Lady Stoneheart will finally appear on the show this season

• Arya will return to Westeros before season's end

• Arya will check three people off her list this season (with the Waif and possibly Jaqen being among those names... and very possibly Walder Frey)

• Arya will use her faceless training in order to scratch these names off her list

• Ramsay will not die this season
