she treats her son like garbage just because his gay, she throw the boy overboard because of fear and because "devil disguise as angel", she tries to stop Maura from treating Tove because she have "faith". she' a fanatical zealot. she' everything wrong with fanatical side of a religion.

havent finish the season yet, but one thing i know, she' not a good person. her beliefs are more important than those around her and even more important than her child
