Prashant Neel's brother-in-law is Dr Rajkumar's nephew(Srimurali). Prashant Neel came to the industry by directing him in a movie called Ugramm. If we are going to take count, Hollywood has the biggest number of star kids. I'll give a few famous examples.
...and the list goes on. For generations, this has been a thing in Hollywood and still, new actors are finding roles there. It is also a common thing for parents to expect their children to continue their line of work. The doctor wants their kid to be a doctor, bureaucrat wants their son to be a bureaucrat. The good thing about the film industry is, unlike a doctor they don't need to overcome an academic hurdle. A doctor cannot make their kid a doctor with 'connections' alone. It is perfectly fine too. But the problem with Bollywood is a large number of them are strictly mediocre or worse. Most actors mentioned in the above list from Hollywood have proven their mettle in the industry even though their influential families helped them initially. I'm sure Daniel Day-Lewis, Michael Douglas or Jeff Bridges won't be remembered for their famous parents. But in Bollywood, except maybe Hritik that's absolutely not the case. And they consciously block new entrants in the industry and sabotage their careers. That is a problem.
