I've had bots on my soundcloud songs at times (and I get like 100 views max lol). Maybe something is trying to promote a scammy repost business? It happens on all sorts of platforms. You got any haters? Consistent downvotes on songs? Bots are everywhere... Maybe one of the services you are working with are using them? To make it seem that it works I assume? Idk, just look out for these things, even if it isn't that now. Maybe drop the services if you are doing okay with what you got already. Start working for independency? A trusty label or something? Something on the side to see if it works? There are documentaries about people using phones to stream songs hundreds of times a minute. Take care! ♥
