SPUNJ "i can't take all the abuse, i wish i was strong enough too but i can't do it!"

I'll probably get downvoted to hell for this but....

This sub is filled with self-entitled CS snobs who think they know it all and don't take criticism well themselves. Just yesterday there was a post where someone linked a video of Rattlesnk of Source fame getting awp'd through smoke and him getting upset. I saw a comment which read something like

Rattlesnk has the loudest mouth and least amount of accomplishments in CS

I replied to that comment saying he has probably achieved more in CS than 99.5% of the users in this subreddit (for anyone curious: http://wiki.teamliquid.net/counterstrike/RattlesnK). What happened to my reply? it got voted down to hell. It was amassing so much downvotes I decided to delete it.

Now, admittedly I don't claim to know all the users on this sub so my 0.5% was merely a guess but going by sub count: 5% of 342593 = 17129 players. Now I'm no expert but I somehow find it hard there are even that many pro to begin with even if we combine all pro players across all iterations of CS.

Well here lies the problem, why did my reply cause so much hate? did all those who downvoted me achieved more in CS than the pro in question? OR is it because these players are self-entitled dimwits who don't take no criticism from no one? Why is it so hard to humble yourself? no one said you were bad at the game or you're just plain terrible.

Some of the players lurking in this sub have no humility, unable to empathize and just plain arrogant. Any time there is a team underperforming its "Throwing", "bunch of bots", "shit-tier team" etc and especially cruel against underperforming players. Funny thing is these are the same people who can't take criticism themselves. They'll spam your inbox, comment section or plain just shout obscenities at you during games because someone had the audacity to call them out on their mistakes.

With all the shit talk against players I'm surprised more pros haven't straight up talked shit back. When Flusha and Pasha dared say anything back the community was "OMG they are pros they are held to a higher standard how dare they show human emotions!!!". Seriously fuck off with this logic. All these keyboard warriors I dare you to talk trash at LAN and see what happens.
