Thing is, once you know the basics of the game, FOB and RP placement and can order dudes to perform basic flanks you are already doing better than 80% of SLs on pub servers. It actually makes the game very unfun to play as a non SL anymore because there is a huge shortage of people willing to SL efficiently. (I can lead for 4-5 consecutive rounds before I start to burn out because I have to teach at least 1-2 dudes how to do logi, I have to repeat myself many times over for objectives, I have to constantly check that there are medics in my squad, I need to respond to RP requests, I need to raise my voice slightly at squad 3 because they are defending our first flag with a superfob, or squad 4 because they are attacking a forest nowhere near any objective for the past 30 minutes..)
