SSDNodes suspended me for Plex. Alternatives?

Just a heads-up: their current TOS (maybe the prior too) have you waive your right to chargebacks:

“Customer agrees not to chargeback any credit card payments for services rendered. A chargeback of payment for services rendered will result in an additional charge of one hundred fifty dollars (“$150”) and will be subject to collection by an authorized collection agency. Customer is responsible for any fees and costs (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees, court costs and collection agency fees) incurred by Strasmore in enforcing collection.”

This is a case where just because it’s in their TOS doesn’t make it legally enforceable. In fact, their TOS are actually in noncompliance with Visa’s Merchant TOS:

Requiring a cardholder to waive the right to dispute a transaction is against the Visa merchant TOS, per the below link on page 372 that SSDNodes almost certainly agreed to as a card merchant of Visa. https://usa.visa.com/dam/VCOM/download/about-visa/visa-rules-public.pdf

Also, their clause giving them the right to change terms at any time for any reason without notice ha been repeatedly struck down in court. Rodman v. Safeway, Inc is a good example. The court in Rodman stressed that it is unreasonable to expect a customer to check a website regularly for changes to online terms. Moreover, the court, applying traditional contract doctrine, noted that a customer could not assent to future changes of which there was no reason to know would come.

Finally, part 3 of their current TOS state "The initial term of this TOS shall be monthly, semi-annually, annually or for such other period of time ordered by Customer and agreed to by the parties as part of the online Customer sign-up process at https://www.ssdnodes.com (the “Initial Term”).” I’d argue the TOS effective on the date I ordered service are the terms enforced upon me for the duration of my initial term (12 months in my case)
