(SSE) What is the absolute best source of modding info that is in writing, and NOT in video tutorials?

Whatever you read about Skyrim, also applies to Skyrim SE

I don't like using mod editors and prefer to do everything manually.

I understand basic things about computers, programming and data - my problem is not being able to find up-to-date, concise written information on what exactly it is I want to do in a way that lets me actually do something else with my life than dedicate it to learning how to mod a videogame. I'm a fully grown adult with adult responsibilities and a busy schedule - I honestly don't have the time most of you people seem to have to dedicate to sitting through YouTube tutorials and spending half an hour on google trying to find the exact right information for SSE (because, despite what you say, the process is not exactly the same and the program set, version numbers, etc. is different because much content is still for Oldrim).

I am asking to learn how to merge mods for a reason and what the best programs are to do that. I don't like using NMM or MO and would much prefer a merged plugin for future use so I can continue to mod manually.

I don't understand why you feel the need to be so condescending, and why people expect everyone has the time to learn every single intricacy needed.

Why can't people just help with my direct question and tell me what I need to know?
