First off, SSRI’s lower dopamine. Dopamine=attention, (somewhat) memory, etc. in fact, i do know that the zoloft is contributing as I have used them and know other individuals who had similar problems related to OP’s. “OP said absolutely nothing about it only happening when they’re taking SSRIs.” Sorry to break it to you, but OP takes zoloft everyday. the problems that transpire are not more noticeable in anyway when the dose is taken on a day, they are get built up over time. Do you think I am going to research everything that interacts with SSRIs? I know a vast amount of nootropics that help particularly with attention, memory, focus, etc. Look, I gave a simple piece of advice about the zoloft, which amplifies these problems commonly. My comment wasn’t specifically demonizing SSRI’s, but to be cautious on interactions as many are possible.
