Stadia Post Launch Megathread & Community Update

Your experience will depend on a lot of factors. For starters, i have a 150/30 cable internet. I have a janky modem and router, spent about 100 bucks on it. I have a lot of devices(10-15) connected to wifi at a time. My GCP ping is about 45-50ms to us-central (measured here http://www.gcping.com/). I've played 4 hours, 2 in best, optimized(medium) mode.

My hardwired Chromecast ultra was stable and looked great. There were occasional stuttering(3-4 times for 5seconds over 2hours) but i didn't notice any latency.

My Laptop over wifi(rated poor) and bluetooth DS4 controller was unusable when i was in another room. I got good when i moved close to the modem but still unstable. I got stuttering every 5 minutes, resolution also fluctuated. I didn't notice latency again either.

My phone experience was decent but i didn't spend much time on it.

Overall, get it if you have a decent set up. You'll notice the stark difference in load times.
