I wasn't talking about that. Look if they want to put out this meaningless PR tripe and yeah if society wants to reform the police, clarify use of force guidelines, that's something I can go along with. That has nothing to do with a phone company and our employees, we can not reform police procedures. If you actually had to listen to this crap, you would understand. I dont want to share my 'collective experience' as a supposed 'victim group' and the supposed grievances of 'my people'. Last I checked, I am an individual. Just hearing the nonsense coming out of the mouths of these execs these days is pretty appaling. They regularly make comments in passing about 'white people', about comments about the police which I was offended by. This collectivist crap has always rubbed me the wrong way. It doesnt make me feel better as a minority, what it does is split us into groups and then have people be resentful against each other. It is inappropriate in the workplace in my opinion.
