Star Wars Battlefront II 3 hour arcade cool down

They are all profit driven. Look at Blizzard - lootpacks. Look at glorious Valve: lootpacks. They all do the same. Just because EA took 1 step further doesn't mean they are the ultimate evil - it just means they are part of the same group that just wants more, like all of them. As a business person I get it, but as a gamer I also hate it. So what a shit games have become.

It all started with these 1 time progression levels and it has gone to complete shit with F2P features coming into other genres in full force. Looks like it is becoming just another shitfest that tends to happen in entertainment industries and perhaps only 1% of games actually being good. Sad day for gamers. I guess this is where one who wants to see a change has to become one itself and invest into games they want to see and play: look at Star Citizen for example, huge crowdfund and it seems gamers are slowly starting to get it that all these dev companies are there only as a name alone and marketing people are the ones that get paid while the real talent just disappears and goes away, hence why every sequel to most games out there is nothing like the original and I mean not in a good way.
