Star Wars: The Last Jedi rottentomatoes audience score drops further to 49%

Kylo, Rey, Poe and Finn aren't interesting enough to me, to carry these movies.

Why did you go see a sequel to a movie that had main characters you didn't care much for? Obviously the original trio aren't going to be the main focus in any of these movies. They're supporting roles. We've had three movies where they served as main characters as well as a bunch of stories. I mean if that's all you wanted, then maybe you would be the kind of person who would dismiss another direction of a character purely because its concept contradicts with your fanon.

At the very least, I respect that this means you're probably not criticizing TFA for having homages. That criticism was tiring to see, so it's a breath of fresh air to see someone saying "There's too much new stuff."
