I want to start a discussion to see what other fans think the NHL can do to fix reviews.

Remove the call/challenge/review from the refs who made the call in the first place. Either to Toronto or the other 2/3 refs or linesman on the.

Make the language of GI more clear. The game four Oilers/Ducks GI allowed goal falls under the rules. 69 - if contact is INITIATED outside of the crease and is deemed incidental then the goal is allowed. So by that logic the two main points of contact were the right skate of Talbot and the blocker, both of which were outside of the crease. I understand the argument that 95% of Talbot was still in the crease, but Perry didn't touch that 95% of him which is why it was a good goal. And if you say "well it was only a couple of inches" then you have to apply the same argument to all the offside goals that were called off because of a couple of inches. If Talbot were six inches back and even half of his skate is in the crease it's an easy no goal call.

Do not implement multiple coaches challenges, even with the threat of a penalty. The threat of losing the TO wasn't enough to deter it from turning it in a game of "is it/isn't it" and I doubt that adding a 2 minute penalty will do the same thing.
